A: Mac & Wild in Devonshire Square – excellent service and even better food. Bar kick Shoreditch for the big games, great atmosphere and always busy, which I like.

Q: What do you like to do in your spare
time?
An I play semi-professional football every weekend for a local side in Berkshire. Love eating out for steak and seafood. I enjoy shopping, as I'm really into my fashion. And going to concerts, I love hip hop, RnB, funk, soul and rock!

Q: What's your favourite thing to do in
London?
A: Going to watch the mighty West Ham – sadly at our new stadium which isn't as good as Upton Park! I like eating out at restaurants and like Hawksmoor, Goodmans, Mash, and Rock and Rose, and hitting up the West end on a big night out.

A: West Ham United – I'm football crazy.

Q: What is your favourite haircut or
service at PMB?
A: Skin fades are my forte. I love classic, traditional men's cuts dating right back to the 1930s/50's but with a modern twist – they are the go-to haircut for any city gent. I'm a bearded guru, too: I love sculpting and shaping beards of any size – the sharper, the better. And attention to detail is critical – so I love doing any creative or technically challenging haircuts, like blunt fringes, texturised crops, and long layered surfer hair.

Always start with less and add more if needed – you can always add more, but you can't take it away. And another top-secret tip is to cocktail your products: my perfect combination is Texture Enhancer into wet hair, and once it is dry, add a small amount of Pliable Clay.
And as a bearded gent, I love our Beard Oil. My top tip is to use it preferably 30-40 minutes before you go to bed, so you don't get it on your clothing for the next day. Use a few drops of beard oil – or more, if you have a longer or bushier beard – and coat the beard from root to tip, combing it thoroughly through the stubble. And I can't leave the house without our Sandalwood and Clove Cologne, it's the perfect finish to a modern man's image – smell as pleasant as you look.

A: Petticoat Lane Market. There's food from all over the world, with reasonable prices and portion sizes. I recommend the Falafel stall – my favourite is the chicken escalope and falafel wrap with extra chilli.

A: I'm into Boxing, cycling, running, and whenever I get a chance, I like to go snowboarding. I also want to keep an eye on new techniques and trends in the barber industry.

London?
A: Visiting the Palm Tree in Mile End, right on the edge of one of Mile End's canals. As a Londoner myself, I think the Palm Tree is a little slice of 'ye old foggy London town' – and in my opinion, it's the best place in London on an excellent knee up! It's an old boozer with an excellent selection of beers and most evenings there's a three-piece Jazz band playing.

A: Devonshire Square – I find it's really relaxing and always sunny, well, when it's actually sunny! A beautiful place to each lunch and take in the surroundings.

A: I read, and love to see my friends and family. I like to play video games from time to time, and get to yoga as much as I can (which is never as often as I'd like it!)
